VERSATILE HEAVY DUTY CLAMP – This all aluminum clamp is designed to accommodate a round bar, pole or rod up to 1.25" in diameter, in addition to being able to mount to a table, desk or any flat surface under 1 5/8" thick. Large comfortable knob allows for quick installation and removal with a few twists.

 

EXTRA LONG ARM - Heavy duty, all-aluminum, 3-way modular 10.75" arm allows for unlimited positioning. Dual elbows as well as dual ball joints allow you to get the perfect position. Removable extension allows you to use this on any of your exercise equipment while always getting the correct viewing distance. Thumbscrews allow for quick adjustment. When tightened down, this arm won't budge.

 

AUTOMOTIVE GRADE ABS TABLET CRADLE - Quality plastic cradle with spring loaded arm can hold all size tablets, from the smallest to the largest. Assorted size legs and the ability to rotate between portrait and landscape modes allow it to hold all types of devices. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

At Tackform, we pride ourselves on fast order turnaround. Here are the details of our order processing and shipping policies:

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Urgent Deliveries: For orders with urgent delivery dates, feel to contact us and we will be happy to explore faster shipping options.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended. 

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.

TRACKFORM TABLET HOLDER - MODEL TFEN-TC03-TAB is perfect for proper iPad Viewing

This new TRACKFORM TABLET HOLDER - MODEL TFEN-TC03-TAB was just what I needed to have proper iPad viewing height while using my Treadmill. I owned a 2019 Trackform iPad holder but it was flush mounted on the "handlebars" and was at an uncomfortable viewing angle from an ergonomic standpoint. This 2024 “MODEL TFEN-TC03-TAB” allows iPad placement to be positioned at a comfortable EYE-LEVEL HEIGHT making the viewing experience much more enjoyable. This unit is rugged, sturdy and assembles easily. To protect Handlebars on my treadmill I used GT-5000 Grip-Tape around the handlebars and the Trackform iPad holder clamp secured perfectly to the handlebars, This Grip-Tape is available at Amazon and other vendors. Prior to installing it on my Treadmill I checked with the manufacturer on tape removal and was told it peels off like a sticker. I tested the “MODEL TFEN-TC03-TAB” system today and it’s a perfect addition to my treadmill – THANK YOU TRACKSMITH for an EXCELLENT PRODUCT. Henry G. Medford MA 02155

High quality item

So far, I’m impressed. I wanted a strong, sturdy mount that wouldn’t allow my iPad to dip or droop, and that’s exactly what I got. I’m using this on a table and a stool to use the iPad for digital painting as well as serving as a reference point when painting on canvas (vs printing out images and taping them near the canvas). In addition to this, I bought the super clamp thing so I could have two mount points and only have to move the arm itself to relocate. It, too, is made of solid material, has a strong bite, and is versatile in its ability to clamp on to different surfaces (flat, round, polygonal). The weight of the pieces is apparent as soon as you open the box. This is not a plastic rinkydink knockoff. If you’re browsing and comparing brands trying to determine which one has quality materials, place Tackform high on your shopping list. This was written in March 2021, for future reference.

Perfect Holder

I needed a tablet holder that would provide support for my tablet while operating my Long Arm Quilting Machine. Tablet had to be upfront so I could use the touchpad, but allow ease of access to the machine for needle changes, thread changes and adjustments as required. This was the perfect solution. I highly recommend. Rock solid and sturdy!!

Thank you, Tackform! This holder was exactly as advertised. The construction is excellent, it's very sturdy when everything is clamped down and it's very adjustable. This feels like a piece of gear that's going to outlast a few iPads.

Shipping was fast and express shipping was very reasonable. Tackform doesn't blow up the invoice with huge shipping and handling charges. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything was neatly and safely packaged with nothing damaged in transit.

I'm really impressed with the gear and the company. It's rare to find a vendor who takes care of business with no bs. I will definitely look to Tackform first for device-mointing solutions in the future.

Tackform Mount

So far this has worked great for me. I have a spin bike that I ride in the morning for 6 days a week. I use my iPad to read and the mount allows me to keep my head up and read while I'm riding. No more stiff neck!!!
