This warranty applies exclusively to Tackform products purchased directly from Tackform or an authorized Tackform reseller. It covers only Tackform mounts and their components, excluding any devices attached to the mount, such as phones, GPS units, tablets, or other devices. Modifications or improper use of the product will void this warranty.

The Tackform warranty does not extend to products that have been abused, misused, or exposed to extreme temperatures. If a defective part has been discontinued, we will recommend a suitable alternative. If no alternative is available, the discontinued part will no longer be covered under warranty.

Metal Parts: Lifetime Warranty

Plastic or ABS Parts: 3-Year Warranty

Electronics: 1-Year Warranty

1. Take a digital photo: Ensure the mount and the defective section are clearly visible.*

2. Describe the failure: Explain how and when the product failed, to the best of your ability.

3. Provide proof of purchase: Acceptable proofs include an order number from our website, an Amazon order number, or a receipt from a retail location.*

4. Provide shipping address

*Notes:

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the product's lifetime.
  
  
• Only defective components will be replaced; there are no upgrades.
  
  
• We will replace the defective component only, not the entire mounting system.
  
  
• A small shipping charge will apply, based on the weight of the replacement part.
  
  
• Tackform will only warranty products purchased through authorized retailers.

International customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims. We strongly encourage international customers to consult with our sales team prior to purchase to ensure the correct item is ordered.
