At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
To begin your return, visit the order look-up page (tackform.com/returns), find your order, and generate your return label.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
Initiated within 30 days of the original order date
Unused and uninstalled
In original condition
Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging
Purchased directly from Tackform.com
Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.
Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.
A restocking fee of 20% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.
In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly marked on the product page
Custom, modified, or special-order products
Merchandise, including t-shirts, water bottles, bags, and similar branded items
Gift cards
Items not purchased directly from Tackform.com
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a Tackform error or product defect, we will make it right.

For Amazon orders, please initiate your return directly through Amazon.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
We strongly encourage international customers to consult with our sales team prior to purchase to ensure the appropriate item is selected.
