The products themselves are high-quality. You are definitely getting what you pay for here. I absolutely love the 1.5" chrome phone mount on the drag bars for my 2004 Fatboy and the phone charger that connects to it. One of my favorite investments on the bike. I had some issues initially with the bar clamp, but Tom helped me out. We eventually got it right. On the third attempt, he even had the part expedited through Fed-Ex. I like a company that owns mistakes and makes it right. As far as the phone charger is concerned, I love the product overall, but the in-line fuse that it comes with is junk. Not sure why that isn't considered with the high quality of the products. Good luck finding one locally. I went to 7 different stores. I'll save you the trouble I had. They are 5x20mm 10 Amp slow blow fuses and can be ordered on Amazon. A pack of 20 is like $6.00. I would rate the entire experience and products overall around a 4.7 out of 5. We had some issues, but they addressed them promptly. Cannot ask for better than that. An outsourced fuse was crap. Big deal. They're cheap. The quality of everything else is worth it. Hands down. I've had a few compliments on it already, too. Would order again without a doubt. The vibration dampening is great, too!

When I bought the Tackform short reach phone mount for my 2021 BMW G310R I was able to get a 25% discount on the USB charging kit which put this kit right around where other USB kits would cost. Installation was straight forward and the big thing was the easy integration of the USB clip onto the phone mount. It really helped to keep the USB cables clean and one less device to clamp on to my handlebars. Glad I purchased this kit it really helped to keep that clean minimalistic look the phone mount already has and easy access to the charging cable when I need to plug my phone in. I would recommend this kit with your purchase on any Tackform mount.

Product is absolutely a five star for quality manufacturing, materials and functionality. The power supply for phone was easy to install as well as high quality materials and design with water resistance in mind.
The refresment holder is of same quality. A five star. Application of product utilizing the phone holder is a little tight. Overall rating a 5 star. Customer service is best in class I definitely have and will continue to recommend. Application
