Purchased this for watching movies while travelling (as passenger of course). I was cautiously optimistic about how well this would work, but this works great with my 10 inch tablet and also a smaller 8 inch tablet. My wife loves it too since it works with her Kindle and even her phone if you push the legs closer together. Being able to easily move this from vehicle to vehicle is another great feature.

Seems to be the answer to my problem
Seat Wedge | 3.75" Composite Arm | Universal Tablet Cradle - I drive a 2018 Toyota RAV4. I don't have a dash navigator so have to use my phone. Overall, it works fine but the screen is rather small. I wanted to use my iPad but couldn't figure out a way to keep it in place without it being in the way. I reviewed holders that went into the cup holder but then, I would be without a cup holder and it appears most of them snapped off fairly easily. I saw this product and decided to give it a try. I confess I haven't tried it on a long road trip yet but it seems like it is going to work out fairly well. I still have to take my eyes off the road for a split second to look downward at the screen, which I don't like but really, there is no perfect option except to have the thing mounted up on the dashboard which blocks my vision and would get me pulled over, for sure. or it would be mounted on something that would hang down in from of my temperature and radio controls. Right now, I am working on an idea to try and mount it onto a pieced of plywood which would pull it out from between the seat and more forward for easier viewing.

Does what it was designed to do…
I have a 2024 Toyota GR86 - it has no cubbies or spots to keep your phone handy. I did not want to attach a cradle to my air vent or dash. I bought the Seat Wedge | 3.75” Composite Arm | Universal Tablet Cradle. I wedge it in my passenger seat. It’s a little bulky but does the trick. I wish it sat a little taller but am overall happy with it & would buy it again.
