*The 20MAXX phone cradle is part of our "MAXX" series and offers Heavy-Duty spring tension. This level of tension is specifically engineered for Mountain Bikes, e-Bikes, Road Bikes, Touring Bikes, Cruiser Bikes, Cargo Bikes, Extreme Off-Road, and other demanding applications.

 

  • Fits A Variety Of Bar Sizes: The included bar clamp works with 7/8", 1", 1-1/8" and 1-1/4" handlebars (bushings are included). These sizes correspond to the most common round stock bars on the market today.
  • Universal Phone Compatibility: Our phone holder is designed to seamlessly work with nearly all smartphone models, cases, and sizes. While you're on the go, it ensures a secure fit for any device, whether or not it's in a case. Capable of securely holding devices up to 3.7" wide and 0.6" thick. Please check your device for proper fitment.
  • Innovative Cradle Design: Experience the difference with our specially designed cradle. Unlike standard spring cradles, our octagon-shaped grips minimize heat transfer by pulling the phone away from the cradle's back on hot days. The spring mechanism is perfectly calibrated, allowing for effortless single-handed insertion & removal of mobile device without straining the mount base.
  • Clip-In Grips: Traditionally, our previous generation phone cradle utilized double-sided 3M tape to secure the grips onto the cradle, a method commonly employed by other brands with similar-looking holders. However, in high temperatures, the double-sided tape could loosen, causing the grips to peel away. Our Clip-In Grips address this issue.
  • Cradle Pin Sleeves Eliminate Cradle Buzz: Cradle buzz is a common issue in many of our competitors' current products. These metal cradles feature steel pins that run through them to support internal compression springs. However, the metal-on-metal contact, combined with vibrations from vehicles or motorcycles, can result in an irritating buzzing sound. We've eliminated this problem in our Enduro cradles by 'sleeving' the pins, ensuring quiet operation.
  • Premium Materials: Real CNC Machined Black Anodized Aluminum. Glass Filled Resin Knob Molded over Stainless steel threaded inserts. Stainless Steel and Aluminum Internal supports.
  • Optional Anti-Theft Knob: (PATENT PENDING) This arm, although not always necessary, has optional anti-theft features. This can (A) help prevent snatch and grab situations on your Mountain Bike, e-Bike, or other similar environments. (B) The ball cannot slip from the socket if properly tightened.
  • Color Swap Compatible: Tackform offers a wide range of anodized billet aluminum knobs. This DuraLock arm is compatible with Tackform's DuraLock knobs, allowing you to customize your setup to match your vehicle. Black knob included.
  • Tackform 20 Series: Specifically designed for compatibility with Tackform’s 20 Series Platform, revolving around the 20mm ball and socket system. While compatible with other 20mm products, our parts stand out for their tested durability and engineered load capacities, featuring a safety factor not guaranteed by other manufacturers. Please Note: Not suitable for 25.4mm / 1” / B-Sized balls.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

When sending your items back, please get a receipt as proof that you dropped the item off with a shipping carrier. Please retain that receipt until you receive your refund.

At Tackform, we pride ourselves on fast order turnaround. Here are the details of our order processing and shipping policies:

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Urgent Deliveries: For orders with urgent delivery dates, feel to contact us and we will be happy to explore faster shipping options.

Please note, Tackform is not responsible for carrier delays and does not provide refunds in such cases.
SHIPPING INFORMATION

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended. 

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.

Do not even consider buying a different brand of phone mount!!

A secure and long lasting phone mount for your eBike is NOT something you want to skimp on and boy did our new mounts not disappoint!!! They’re very easy to take on and off with one quick twist of a knob. Being a city dweller, I bring it inside with me when we lock our bikes out. I was worried about it being cumbersome to constantly take on and off but it’s a breeze. It literally does not move a millimeter, even when hitting massive Chicago potholes!! I happen to have the largest smartphone money can buy. It’s basically a tablet. It fits just as well as my husbands phone which is significantly smaller. It’s definitely my favorite thing about having a bike!!! So happy we got these!

I have the Enduro Mountain Bike Mount on both of my Bikes. The 2022 Trek Marlin 6 and a Specialized Sirrus X 4.0 are hands down the best bike phone mounts on the market!

Quality and value don't often come in one package

Love this phone mount! I installed it on my e-Bike and not only is it functional but it is well made. I get no vibration as I'm running down the road and I have all the confidence that the clamping system will hold my phone tight.

Solid phone cradle

I bought this for my road bike. Now I want one for my motorcycle. This cradle is solid. It was easy to install and it doesn’t slip. It holds my phone firmly. This is a quality product.
