  • FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

  • USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

  • Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Positive Company Combonation

There are three important areas that seem to make successful invention manufacturing companies. First is a well designed, well engineered product, created from a good group of minds converging on the development of specific goals that it will achieve.
Second, proper material manufacturing, using quality materials that are well tested before releasing to the consumer.
Third, proper education through sales, of the distinction of the product from others and its effective function, use and installation. When these areas are appropriately executed, the chances of successful sales of an item increase exponentially.

My experience with Tackform products thus far, have exhibited all of the areas listed above. The Assault Track Picatinny Dash Bracket With Wireless Charging Phone Mount that I ordered was perfectly designed for my 2021 Tacoma and the instruction videos available on their website were precise and left me no misunderstanding of the installation. There was, however, a double ball arm that had apparently been mispicked and was sized wrong for the configuration that I chose. My call to Tackform customer service was immediately answered and after a brief discussion, the error was identified, corrected and a replacement arm was sent the same day.

Product understanding and reasonable customer service is what EVERY consumer wants.It ain’t rocket science, it’s the way we were brought up: “build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door”, along with, treat people the way you would like to be treated.

I like this company and its products and will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.
