If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended. 

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.

Great neat, solid setup

I have a 2008 Ford F150 that I wanted to add a backup camera and associated “monitor” in the cab. I was struggling with how to have a place for the monitor, and a phone holder, in the dash area, but not look so “cluttered”. After a few searches I stumbled on a forum where someone used the TRAXX system. The bracket was easy to mount in the recessed spot on the dash, and provides a solid platform to mount the phone holder, as well as the monitor holder. There were a lot of choices for an arm length to choose from so I got the length that was able to hold the monitor a little below the dash. I drilled out a hole in the recessed section and installed a rubber grommet to run the wires down under the dash. Entire setup is neat, uncluttered, and solid. Highly recommended.

I love my TackForm mount. I no longer have to worry about double stick tape coming loose in our summer heat.
There isn’t a mount made by TackForm for my Jeep but I used one made for a 2008 Ford F150 tray by cutting off about one inch off each leg to make it fit the Jeep tray. The width was okay.
The only complaint I have is with the magnetic mount. It holds the phone okay but either way I place the phone (vertical or horizontal) vibration will cause the phone to tilt to the side. The addition of a couple of feet below the magnet for the phone to rest on would keep it from tilting.
But again, great product.

Tackform Dashboard tray mounting bracket for the 11th generation Ford F150...

I was quite pleased to happen upon the Tackform site, as prior to that, to be honest, I had never heard of this family run - American run, small business, which I am proud to support. I strongly believe that Tackform's fastening products are second to none and even far superior to WeatherTech's products, as they are sturdily built to hold up to excessive wear & tear, and are designed to stay firmly in place. I have purchased various products from Tackform, including the cup mounted brackets with the Tomahawk & tablet cradles, as well as various articulating swivel ball extensions, aluminum machined swivel ball brackets and other parts and pieces from this company, in multiple orders, for an 11th generation, 2007 Ford F150 XLT Supercrew. Suffice to say, I am quite pleased with all of my purchases and I intend to continue to order more within the near prospective future from them. They are very helpful and they will certainly be more than happy to assist in helping you out, by way of offering suggestions to help accommodate your needs, as they did with myself. I was like the proverbial 'kid in the candy store' while perusing the Tackform site. Their prices for good quality well-built products are also reasonable, considering all of the work that goes into their quality products. Super Solid Mount

I have a 2014 Expedition and I bought a mount for an 11th gen F150. I had to modify it a little to fit the contour of the Expedition dash. I went with the nut/bolt installation. Extremely solid mount.
