There's a lot of options out there for wireless chargers but here are a few features that set's us apart,

  1. THE SMART SENSOR - This product is equipped with a smart sensor and here is how it works. The arms start in the open position. Once a phone is inserted the smart sensor will detect it and the arms will automatically close, and your phone will begin to charge. When you want to remove your device you simply press the side button on the cradle and the arms open back up, and remain in that position until you re-insert your phone. 
  2. FOREIGN OBJECT DETECTION - This safety feature detects metal objects in or on the phone case that can lead to overheating.  One classic example is when people try to use a wireless charger but still have a metal plate in the back of the phone that may have been used in the past for magnetic mounting. 
  3. PHONE COMPATIBILITY - This cradle will accommodate all phones between 2.5" to 3.3" wide and up to .75" Thick

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

When sending your items back, please get a receipt as proof that you dropped the item off with a shipping carrier. Please retain that receipt until you receive your refund.

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Actually ordered the ball for the fast track when all I needed was just the ball mount. Totally my mistake! They actually called me and sent one out to me, to replace the one I modified.
