NOTICE: THESE ARE NOT UNIVERSAL BAR CLAMPS - YOU MUST SELECT YOUR EXACT BAR SIZE. 

Tackform mounts stand out due to our custom clamps, designed for all sizes, ensuring a seamless look on your bars or roll cage. There's no need for oversized clamps or spacers - we provide perfect-fit bar clamps for all major bar sizes, including protective spacers to prevent metal-on-metal contact and keep your bars pristine.

To choose the right mount, first determine your bar size. Although we offer universal bar clamps, most of our options are specifically designed for a certain bar diameter.

Note: Misjudging your bar size leads to unnecessary exchanges, which made up over 80% of our returns in the last quarter. To uphold our hassle-free exchange policy, kindly confirm your bar size before purchasing. Our support team can assist if you're unsure.

Remember to accurately measure your bars before purchasing. To avoid purchasing the incorrect bar clamp size, measure twice, buy once! Due to a high rate of customers buying the wrong clamp size, we've had to introduce a restocking fee to cover exchange costs, unless you've consulted our support staff.

Here's a Diameter to Circumference Chart to simplify your measurement:

  • Bar Size - 7/8" | Circumference 2-3/4"
  • Bar Size - 1" | Circumference 3-1/8"
  • Bar Size - 1.25" | Circumference 4"
  • Bar Size - 1.5" | Circumference 4-3/4"
  • Bar Size - 1.75" | Circumference 5-1/2"
  • Bar Size - 2" | Circumference 6-1/4"

Cut a paper strip matching the circumference above, and wrap it around your bar. We've rounded to the nearest 1/8" for easy home measurement.

Special Features:

  • Silicone Safety Tether: All mounts include a safety tether. Given the diverse designs of phones and cases, we recommend using the included safety sling.

  • Anti-Theft Knob: This unique knob features a "break-it-to-take-it" design. It provides full use without tools, and can't be removed without one. This feature assures that even if the knob at the ball and socket joint is not fully tightened, your mount will stay intact.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

When sending your items back, please get a receipt as proof that you dropped the item off with a shipping carrier. Please retain that receipt until you receive your refund.

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Urgent Deliveries: For orders with urgent delivery dates, feel to contact us and we will be happy to explore faster shipping options.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.

Beautiful chrome

My Tackform phone holder looks great on my Heritage. The chrome finish is flawless and as shiny as the rest of the bike. With the long reach and multiple swivel points I was able to get it positioned perfectly. Don’t be afraid to use pliers to get the bolts super snug, 13 pro max fits securely in its cradle and vibration is almost 0. Finally someone is making a holder that is functional, reliable and not an eyesore on the bike.
