If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Tackform.com within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full amount of the purchase price, less shipping, given that the following conditions are met:

  • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must have been purchased directly from Tackform.com. For Amazon returns please contact us through the Amazon platform or shoot us an email at support@tackform.com with your Amazon order number.
  • All package contents must be complete.
  • All product must arrive back to us in like-new condition. If the products are damaged or show physical signs of wear you will not be refunded for those parts and they can be sent back to you at your expense. 
  • Wholesale and fleet orders may be required to pay return shipping based on agreed terms.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

FedEx Express Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM Central time ship the same business day. Please note that FedEx 2-Day shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as shipping/delivery days.

USPS Orders: USPS orders ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description page.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Issues: If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: Orders over $250 and wholesale orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Urgent Deliveries: For orders with urgent delivery dates, feel to contact us and we will be happy to explore faster shipping options.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended. 

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
  4. Please Provide Shipping Address
  5. Email Above information to support@tackform.com

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.
  • We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system.
  • We will contact you for the small shipping charge. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.
  • Tackform will only warranty products purchased through Tackform Authorized Retailers.

Rock Solid in Australian Rainforest 4WD

Hi All, I needed an iPad holder that would take the bumps and rocking about a 4WD does when oiffroad. I saw all the reviews on YouTube and decided to import it to Australia. I'm glad I did, this thing is rock solid and didnt move an inch no mater what I threw at it (including kids). If you want quality then this is the product for you.

This thing is awesome. Mounted to the headrest of my 13 F-150. It doesn’t move unless you want it to or your kid kicks it. If you want it directly behind the seat no extension required. If you want it in the middle of the diver and passenger seat, buy an extension.

Works GREAT

The tackform mount for head rest works great on a F150 with the center jump seat. I removed the headrest and removed the foam. I mounted the bracket to the headrest mount. With the jump seat folded down it works perfect for my work Ipad.

The Most Sturdy - Still More Potential

Hands down sturdiest mount I've seen for a headrest. If you set it up, dial it in, and leave the mount in that spot you will NOT be disappointed.
Improvements could be made with the screws I feel like. Some sort of a captive system could be implemented that would keep the two halves of a joint, the screw, and the wingnut-type-thing from falling away separately. Scenarios for this can be if you want to make an on-the-fly change to what's playing on your tablet by quickly swinging it to the front seat then back again.
Don't get me wrong, this situation is doable as is, but you just want to be careful you don't unscrew it all the way.

Let me be clear, this mount is ROCK SOLID. Absolutely not going anywhere. The provided leg options allow for many many many tablets to be used. Works great for our iPad Mini!
Range and articulation are very good as well. An absolute pleasure to get dialed in.

Worked great for our roadtrip!

We received our package, the headrest tablet holder from Tackform, about 30 minutes before leaving on a 9 hour road trip. Installation took about 10 minutes, and the mount was solid and stable throughout our entire trip. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the iPad, and it made the road trip WAY more enjoyable for me. Easily a 5 star review. We will use this for all of our road trips in the future.
